We know our portal isn’t perfect. We have listened to your feedback though, and invested a lot of resources over the past 3 years to make it better.
- In 2015 we created a new Orders Department and added staff so data input into the portal was more thorough and accurate.
- In 2016 we built a state-of-the-art server for the portal to live on and we also invested in enterprise grade fiber service to make it faster and more reliable to access.
- In 2017 we put tested the ability of pickup and delivery confirmations right in the driver’s hands via a tablet-style device so the statuses in the portal are real-time and more current. We also added a full-time IT Specialist to our staff to manage and maximize the possibilities of all this new tech.
We will do as we have always have done, continue to evaluate and improve the tools our customer’s need to do business with us more efficiently.
