Have Questions About the Portal?

You can simply click “ENTER THE PORTAL”  or the big button at the bottom of this page. This will take you to the login page where you will need a Username and Password to access your shipment statuses.

User login and password credentials are supposed to be sent to you when you open a shipping account with us. If this did not occur, then please let us know in the form below and an account manager will correct that shortly.

If you cannot see the login page, check your compatibility view settings under tools on the menu bar. The estimated time for this task is 2 minutes.

STEP 1: In Internet Explorer, navigate in the menu to Tools\Compatibility View Settings.

STEP 2: In the “Compatibility View Settings” dialogue box type in “pctonline.net” and click “Add”.

FINAL STEP: Once you have updated your “Compatibility View Settings” above, press close and refresh the portal login page . You should now be able to see the login screen.

Once logged in you will see the last seven days of your orders.

INTRO FEATURE 1: You can view older orders by using the date range pull down.

INTRO FEATURE 2: You can also search for a particular, Invoice, Reference or BOL by using the search button and pull down.

INTRO FEATURE 3: Click “Select” on the left side of any order to see more details regarding the order.

The order detail screen above will provide you current status, shipping information and more.

We know our portal isn’t perfect. We have listened to your feedback though, and invested a lot of resources over the past 3 years to make it better.

  • In 2015 we created a new Orders Department and added staff so data input into the portal was more thorough and accurate.
  • In 2016 we built a state-of-the-art server for the portal to live on and we also invested in enterprise grade fiber service to make it faster and more reliable to access.
  • In 2017 we put the ability of pickup and delivery confirmations right in the driver’s hands via a tablet-style device so the statuses in the portal are real-time and more current. We also added a full-time IT Specialist to our staff to manage and maximize the possibilities of all this new tech.

We will do as we have always have done, continue to evaluate and improve the tools our customer’s need to do business with us more efficiently.

What’s New with the Portal?

During December 2017 we started putting delivery and pickup updates right into the driver’s hands. By January 1st all shipment statuses in the portal will be updated in real-time by the driver on location.
